1. Service Purpose
Timkelo is a social platform dedicated to theme park and amusement attraction enthusiasts. The service enables you to:
- Share posts, photos, and ratings from your park adventures;
- Map the rides and attractions you have completed on your interactive personal map;
- Indicate planned park visits (« Outings ») to coordinate park days with your accepted friends visiting on the same date;
- Exchange direct messages between accepted friends.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access all features of the application, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Any hateful, violent, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content;
- Harassment, intimidation, stalking, or threats against other users;
- Uploading pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material;
- Encouraging safety violations inside theme parks or promoting dangerous behavior on attractions;
- Spamming, commercial solicitation, fraud, or phishing;
- Impersonating another person or creating accounts with misleading identities.
In-app reporting and blocking features are available to help you report any abusive behavior directly to our moderation team.
4. User-Generated Content & License
Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over the photos, reviews, and text you post on Timkelo.
License to Timkelo: In order to allow us to display and distribute your posts to your friends or the broader community according to your privacy settings, you grant Timkelo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, and technically format your content. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.
User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to publish your photos and text, and that your submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights (such as copyright or image privacy rights).
5. Theme Park Outings & Real-World Safety
The « Outings » feature allows declaring a planned visit to a theme park on a specific date (« I plan to be in this park on this date »).
Users can view their own participation and see accepted friends participating in the same Outing. Non-friend participants remain strictly invisible: no public headcount reveals their presence, and no collective Outing group chat is provided.
Important Safety Disclaimer:
A planned visit is merely a statement of intent. It is neither proof of physical presence nor an official event organized, chaperoned, or supervised by Timkelo. Timkelo is not a tour operator or travel organizer.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and real-world interactions with other users. We strongly advise you to exercise caution, meet only in well-lit public park areas, and never share sensitive personal details with strangers.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All elements making up the Timkelo service (including logos, branding, graphics, UI design, editorial content, source code, and our curated parks and attractions databases) are the exclusive property of Timkelo or its licensors.
Any substantial scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized data harvesting, or automated reproduction of our databases without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Availability & Changes
Timkelo is provided on an « as is » and « as available » basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted and reliable operations, we do not warrant that the service will be bug-free or continuously accessible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature for maintenance or product improvements.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
By you: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting our contact email address or through available options in the application.
By Timkelo: In the event of a material or repeated violation of these Terms of Use (including harassment, illegal material, fraud, or hate speech), Timkelo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice or compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Timkelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or from the conduct and submissions of third parties.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
